1.DELIVERY CHARGES
En-Fin online offer a fast home delivery service. All orders no matter how many items are shipped at a fixed charge of £4.50 within the United Kingdom (Excluding Ireland).
United Kingdom via Royal Mail First Class Recorded / Special = £4.50
Europe and the rest of the world via Royal Mail International Signed For = £9.00
2.DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver standard delivery goods (non special order) within three to five working days. However please wait five working days if you are in the UK. If you do not receive your goods after this time, please contact us sales@en-fin.com with your order number at hand. This number will be included in the email you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery outside the UK.
Although we keep a large range of clothing in stock in the occasionally we may need to order items direct from the manufacturer. If your order is no longer available / out of stock we will notify you asap and credit your paypal / credit card account from which your original order was debited.
3.RECEIPT OF GOODS
Deliveries are generally made through the Royal Mail postal service using Recorded / Special Delivery and require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods. If no-one is available a card will be left giving you instructions on where to make collection. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
4.POSTAL SERVICE
We rely on the services of the Royal Mail as our couriers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver goods as stated there are unfortunately a few occasions when the Royal Mail fail to provide the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
RETURNING GOODS
1.RETURNS
At En-Fin online we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we aim to make our returns policy simple. Please read this section fully.
We will offer a refund as per the conditions that follow as long as the goods are unworn, undamaged and returned within 7 days of receipt. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.
If you return an item that the company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post. The item must be returned to us within 7 days, if you are returning it later than this please contact us via email sales@en-fin.com to discuss the perceived fault and the procedure to follow.
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the postage costs incurred for both sending and returning the item to us. G-Star Special Order returns will incur a £5.00 administration charge as these items are non-physical stock and ordered in especially for the customer. Refunds will be made to the paypal / card account used to purchase the items.
All refunds must be made through our website. Goods maybe returned to our store in Castle Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, however a refund will not be given within the store but through the website. Refunds cannot be made by our store under any circumstances.
2.RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you wish to return any items to us, please inform us at sales@en-fin.com of the order number you are returning with a reason for the return.
Wrap your item/s securely to avoid damage in transit (please note En-Fin is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit). Please ensure all the manufacturers tags are still attached.
Please include a copy of your invoice within your returns package. Send your package to Website Returns, 11 Castel Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2EX.
We recommend you send it Special Delivery as we will not be able to refund items you were returning but which were lost in the post.
3.IN-STORE EXCHANGES
If in exceptional circumstances you need to exchange an item at our store, this can only be arranged by prior approval. Please send an email to sales@en-fin.com , quoting your order no, date of purchase, details of the item including size, colour and product code, and the date you wish to exchange it.
